Terms of use

1. The service

Oria is an AI-powered conversational assistant, operated by EXECUTABLE, available on the web and on mobile. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.

The service is aimed both at students (lessons, studying, preparing for the Brevet and the BAC) and at professionals, for whom Oria acts as a work assistant. The profile chosen at signup adapts the tone and format of answers; these terms apply identically in both cases.

2. Your account

Sign-in happens through an identity provider (Google or Apple). You're responsible for activity carried out from your account. You can delete your account at any time from the app (Profile section).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Oria for illegal activities, to harm others, to try to bypass the service's technical limitations, or to generate misleading content presented as official. We may suspend an account in case of abuse.

4. Content and AI

The answers provided by Oria are generated by artificial intelligence: they may contain errors and do not constitute professional advice or an official document. In particular, they don't replace legal, medical, financial, accounting or tax advice given by a qualified person. Check important information with an authorized source.

The AI models producing these answers are provided by third-party providers, named in section 4 of the privacy policy: the content you submit is sent to them to be processed.

5. Professional use

With a professional profile, Oria produces work drafts, not deliverables: reviewing, validating and final responsibility are yours. You remain solely bound by the obligations attached to your profession (professional privilege, ethical rules, compliance) and you agree not to submit confidential information or third parties' personal data without authorization. Oria does not establish any regulated professional relationship between EXECUTABLE and you.

6. Subscription and billing

Some features require a subscription or usage volume (voice conversation minutes). Current pricing terms are shown in the app before any payment.

7. Intellectual property

The service, its brand and its content (excluding your own content) remain the property of EXECUTABLE. You retain ownership of the content you submit; you grant us the right to process it solely to provide the service.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, EXECUTABLE's liability cannot be invoked for indirect damages resulting from the use of the service, including decisions made based on AI-generated answers.
